A/C Delco, the world’s largest automobile spare parts supplier has opened a new service center in Jordan, the 12th center of its kind in the Middle East. In addition to this new center in Jordan, there are nine such centers in Saudi Arabia, and one each in the in the UAE emirate of Sharjah and in Kuwait.
According to a report appearing in Al-Bayan daily, A/C Delco’s regional sales manager said that his company’s sales of motorcar batteries in the Middle East running at a record 700,000 units per annum.
The batteries have been produced since 1998 in Saudi Arabia, and are of a design that makes them suitable for use in the climatic conditions of the region.
A/C Delco operates 94 maintenance centers worldwide. –(Albawaba-MEBG)
