Halloween, known as Allhallowee or All Saints' Eve, is an annual celebration observed in many countries on 31 October. All Hallows’ is a Christian festival celebrated in honor of the dead, including saints, martyrs, and all the departed.

Halloween is one of the oldest holidays; despite the fact that it was based on religious beliefs, nowadays it is still celebrated by many people of different religious backgrounds.

In the United States, Halloween is celebrated on October 31st and is popular among children and adults. Telling horror stories and horror movies are popular entertainment, as well as carving pumpkins to make jack-o-lanterns.

Mexico and other Latin American countries celebrate Día de Los Muertos, the Day of the Dead. The celebration lasts three days, from October 31st to November 2nd, and is designed to honor the dead.

Middle Eastern countries don't really celebrate Halloween. However, for the first time ever, Saudi Arabia has opened its first custom shop for the major event and allowed celebrations to take place across the country.
