ALBAWABA - Recently, a phone call between a Hamas fighter and an Israeli army commander on October 7th was leaked, revealing that the Hamas fighter had fifty hostages at that moment and wanted to safely transport them to Gaza.
The call took place between a member of the Israeli army and a Hamas fighter who appeared very calm. When the Israeli soldier asked, "Who am I speaking with?" the Hamas fighter replied, "May Allah be pleased with you, I am from the Al-Qassam Brigades - Hamas."
The Hamas fighter stated in the phone recording that he was located in the vicinity of Be'eri in the Gaza Strip and that he had fifty hostages with him. He requested safe passage to Gaza from the Israeli soldier without being exposed to live fire.
Before the operation began, Hamas had launched over 5,500 rockets simultaneously targeting Israeli tracking devices, airport towers, and intelligence devices to disrupt Israeli intelligence operations. Additionally, it was mentioned that the Al-Qassam Brigades and Saraya Al-Quds had successfully penetrated most surveillance cameras and Mossad devices that could pose a threat during their ground invasion.
Moreover, the Hamas fighter directly warned the Israeli army via phone that he wanted to return to Gaza with fifty hostages "in one piece," as he said, without being subjected to a single gunshot from the army, as this would endanger the lives of the hostages. According to reports, all the hostages safely arrived in Gaza.
During those hours, an Israeli military helicopter took off and opened fire on Israelis at a music festival being held in the Gaza Strip, coinciding with Operation Tempest of Al-Aqsa on October 7th last year.
The Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper reported that on October 7th last year, 28 Israeli military helicopters took off from the Ramat David base and unloaded their entire ammunition on people inside settlements in the Gaza Strip after facing difficulty in distinguishing between Palestinian attackers and soldiers or civilians.
Since then, the Israeli army has chosen to sacrifice Israeli civilians alongside Hamas fighters, resulting in consecutive Israeli casualties, with little to no significant losses reported among Hamas fighters, indicating intelligence and military failures and a disregard for civilian lives.
