Yemen's President Ali Abdullah Saleh paid on Wednesday a visit to the Police Higher Institute and Police Academy, where he was welcomed by Interior Minister, Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi. Saleh met staff and students and delivered a speech.
"Our nation was established neither by World Bank nor International Monetary Fund assistances, but by our efforts and resources. International organizations provide us only with modern technical and technological expertise," Saleh said during his speech, SABA reported.
