ALBAWABA - An murder plan by Ukrainian intelligence against a top figure at a Russian military-industrial company in the Moscow area has been foiled by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB).

"Seven Russian citizens, including three minors, were arrested in the Perm Territory and the Moscow and Sverdlovsk regions," the FSB said. The inmates had been keeping an eye on the target's parking lot, put together an explosive device using parts from a stockpile under Ukrainian intelligence's guidance, and placed it under the car with the intention of setting it off."

Through international chat applications, the FSB revealed that individuals responsible for the crime were directly supervised by Ukrainian intelligence. Information recovered from the devices confiscated during the operation verified this. According to reports, the people who were detained are confessing and assisting investigators.

A week before, the perpetrator of the assault that murdered Igor Kirillov, the head of the Russian Army's Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Defense Forces, was apprehended in a similar event. Ukrainian intelligence is also said to have been responsible for the incident.
