Union Land Development (ULD), one of the fastest growing land and real estate developers in Jordan, has started selling eight of its residential and commercial projects located in Amman and the surrounding areas, off-plan.
ULD’s indicated projects include Swefeya Housing project, the third circle project, Abdoun flats, Al Thuhair villas, Um Alkundom villas, Wadi Saqra housing project, Um Uthaina offices and Al Kursy housing project.
Distinguished by its strategic locations and accompanied with a host of top-notch services, ULD’s seven projects offer diversified spaces; some vary between 400-600 squared meters, and 220-270 squared meters, whereas Al Thuhair villas offer about 740 squared meters spaces, and Um Alkundom villas offer between 680-750 squared meters.
“Our residential and commercial projects, which will be delivered to owners by middle of 2007, provide unique architectural features which are on par with the international standards. Gymnasiums, wireless internet connection facilities and much more all integral to our strategy which centers on offering customers with comfortable and luxurious life style, the matter which reflects our vision and philosophy”, Engineer Ramzi Salfiti, General Manager of ULD commented.
Salfiti also added “Our main priority is to contribute in developing real estate sector in Jordan through raising the quality levels of the presented housing, commercial and tourism projects and supporting it with well structured services. We are proud of what we have achieved and will commit with this orientation in the future”.
It is worth mentioning that these projects come as a part of numerous different ULD projects which some of has been executed, others are still in the planning phase such as Zara chalets in the Dead Sea, and some will be announced shortly.
