Two suicide blasts in Baghdad's mainly Shia district of Sadr City has killed 24 people and injured another 60, according to police and medical sources on Sunday.

Two police sources said the attack was carried out by suicide bombers riding motorcycles through a crowded mobile phone market. They said police had sealed off the area to prevent further attacks.

As of yet there has been no immediate claim of responsibility for the blasts, however Daesh militants frequently claim attacks on Shia targets in the area.
