Tanmia, the National Human Resources Development and Employment Authority is the patron of a cutting edge program titled, ‘The Innovation Formula’, aimed at building innovation techniques in organisational management. The program, being held today, (Wednesday, September 28, 2005) at Grand Hyatt, Dubai is conducted by the internationally renowned entrepreneur, trainer and speaker, Ric Willmot from Australia.
Participants at the program include professionals from various organisations looking to benefit from their interaction with Willmot by learning innovation techniques that could enhance their leadership skills.
