Syrian Foreign Minister Farouq Shara will pay an official visit to Russia “in the coming days,” reported the official SPA news agency, quoting sources.
Shara will hold talks with President Vladimir Putin and his counterpart, Igor Ivanov, a source, adding that talks will focus on the Middle East peace process.
Putin telephoned Syrian President Bashar Assad last Thursday. The two leaders reviewed the current situation in the region, said reports – Albawaba.com
