Sudanese President Omar al-Beshir arrived Sunday in Qatar to inform the Emir of a security accord that Khartoum has signed with southern rebels, according to official sources.
Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani met Beshir at the airport, Qatar News Agency reported.
The two would review not only the peace deal, said Sudanese ambassador Mohamed Ahmed Mustafa al-Dabi, but also the Mid-East situation. (Albawaba.com)
