Sheikh Mohammad to Open ‘Dubai Strategy Forum’

Dubai’s crown prince, Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum will inaugurate on Monday the first session of “Dubai Strategy Forum,” bringing together top government officials, business leaders from the private sector and other key representatives of Dubai society for three days of collective learning, thinking and strategizing.  

Sheikh Mohammad will deliver the keynote speech at the first in the series, addressing the participants with his vision for 'Dubai Vision 2010.' 

Sheikh Mohammad who is also the defense minister of Emirates will also focus exclusively on changes in the global economy, their possible impact on Dubai, and prospects for the future. 

He will also put forth his compelling vision for the emirate and its future goals and priorities, reports said. 

More than 15 leading experts in the fields of economy, business, management, innovation, technology, society and culture will address the forum and share their knowledge, experience and insights on issues affecting and shaping the world, early reports by UAE’s news agency (WAM) said. 

According to Mohammed Al Gargawi, the director general of the Dubai Technology, the forum is an exclusive gathering of some of the most prominent strategic thinkers of the world and many important personalities from Dubai – Albawaba.com
