ALBAWABA - Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev claims Western powers colluded to "eliminate" Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The claim follows the arrest of a Polish citizen suspected of leaking critical information to aid Zelenskyy's assassination.

Medvedev expressed his fears on social media, citing Zelenskyy's arrest in Poland as evidence of potential danger. He argued that the episode may indicate Western plans to overthrow the Ukrainian leader.

Polish authorities said that the person who was detained was detained for allegedly trying to reveal specific information concerning the Rzeszow-Jasionka Airport, which lies near the Ukrainian border.

In addition, it was alleged that the suspect was attempting to make contact with people who were engaged in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

Underscoring the gravity of the matter, the Polish National Prosecution Office hinted that Zelenskyy's murder attempt might be planned using the information that was disclosed.ed that the leaked material could be used to assassinate Zelenskyy.

The Rzeszow-Jasionka Airport is still used by US soldiers to carry military and humanitarian goods to Ukraine. The developments show how complex regional dynamics are and how difficult geopolitical rivalry are for Ukrainian leadership.
