Iraqi President Saddam Hussein’s envoy to Moroccan King Mohammed VI, Vice-President Taha Muhi Al-Din Ma’rouf has returned home, after wrapping up an official visit to Morocco.
In a statement to the Iraq News Agency upon his arrival, Ma’rouf said he had conveyed a letter from President Saddam Hussein to the Moroccan King, dealing with bilateral relations and the “dangers facing the Arab Nation.” (Albawaba.com)
