Turkey’s military is sending additional troops to army units in regions bordering Iraq in the framework of preparations against a possible conflict with its southeastern neighbor, NTV news channel reported on Sunday.

NTV showed soldiers dressed in camouflage uniforms boarding a train in Istanbul for their journey to the southeast.

Moreover, armored personnel carriers, military trucks, generators, fuel and water tanks were also being sent as logistic support to the troops, the channel added. (Albawaba.com)
