Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Hamad al-Thani issued Tuesday a decree appointing Major General Ghanem al-Hedaifi as a minister of state, reported Kuwait’s News Agency (KUNA). Hedaifi was undersecretary of the interior ministry, said the agency.
Last month, the emir made a minor reshuffle appointing Sheikh Abdullah al-Thani as interior minister instead of Sheikh Hamad bin Naser – Albawaba.com
