Sheikh Hamoud bin Abdullah Al-Harthy, President of the State Council, received in his office on Wednesday Vladimir Nusenko, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Omani Sultanate, who handed over a message to the President of the State Council from the Russian Union Council of the Federal Council, dealing with the recent terrorist act in Moscow.
In the course of the meeting, bilateral relations and means of strengthening them in a wide-range of fields were discussed, according to Oman News Agency.
