Oman’s Sultan Qaboos Bin Saeed issued on Saturday two decrees adjusting the Defense Council.
The first decree stipulated promotion of interior security chief Lieutenant General Abdallah Bin Saleh Al-Absi to ministerial level. The second decree named Mohammad bin Nasser al-Rasbi as defense undersecretary of the sultanate, succeeding Mansour al-Amiri, according to the official agency (ONA). (Albawaba.com)
