Royal Oman Police officials have arrested 223 infiltrators for illegally entering the Sultanate through various governorates and regions between November 9-15, according to an ROP Public Relations Department official source.
The source said that 200 of them had been arrested in the Musandam Governorate, 20 in the Batinah Region, 2 in the Dhofar Governorate and one in the Muscat Governorate, the Oman News Agency reported.
The ROP source added that 201 of those intruders were Pakistanis, 3 Iranians, 16 Afghans, 2 Yemenis and one Somali. (Albawaba.com)
