Crude oil prices slipped slightly early on Wednesday as ministers from leading oil-producing nations met in Vienna, amid expectations of a modest increase in output.
In London, the price of benchmark Brent crude for August delivery fell by two cents in early trading to 29.00 dollars a barrel. Brent had risen to 29.10 dollars at the start of trading.
In New York, light sweet crude for July delivery had closed at 33.05 dollars a barrel.
Market-watchers expected Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) nations to agree to increase output by 500,000 barrels per day at the Vienna talks - LONDON (AFP)
