Air Arabia LLC, the first and only low-fares airline in the Middle East and North Africa, has announced four winners from across the region following their first online survey. The airline has used responses from their customers to update their website, www.airarabia.com.
Air Arabia’s CEO Adel Ali said, ”Our website is key to our communication with our customers and we have seen a steady increase in our users online since our launch in 2003. We have recently had an online initiative to ask our users for suggestions on our website and we will introduce a new version very soon. So do log on to www.airarabia.com because we will soon be launching the website with an exciting new look, more functionality and benefits for all our customers.”
The four winners selected from their customers across the region, who participated in the online survey, are Indian national Viena Fernandes and Syrian national Mohammed Younis Abdul Fatah Al Zobi, both from the UAE, Chantal Abi Aad from Lebanon and Yusuf Al Roayshid from KSA. Air Arabia has rewarded each of them with a return trip to any of the airline’s destinations.
The findings from the recent survey show that over 50% of the airline’s customers are UAE residents and that 46% of our users accessed the internet from home, 49% from work and 5% from internet cafes.
Viena Fernandes, one of the respondents to the online initiative was thrilled to win an Air Arabia flight and felt rewarded as she has booked online 9 times with the airline in the past 3 months. We had not even dreamt that it would be so affordable to bring our whole family here!”
