The National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) plans to open two more branches in Egypt by the end of 2001 in Mansoura city, according to the Business Today monthly.
The plan was announced after the bank recently opened a second branch in Alexandria, the eighth NBAD location in Egypt.
The bank said in a statement that the new branches will provide both retail and corporate banking services and will have a 24-hour payment service. The Mansoura branches, located near the city of Suez, will also host warehouse facilities for the Suez Canal shipping industry, according to the report – Albawaba.com
