Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates and Sezzam will participate in the week-long food festival at The Galleria in the Mall of the Emirates from July 6 2006.
A lively festival of flavours and aromas, the opening day on July 6 will showcase International cuisine in all its splendour, followed by exotic European dishes in the hotel on July 8. Each delicacy will celebrate the country of its origin, whether Irish, Italian or French. Two award-winning chefs, Doxis Bekris from Sezzam and Alain Bijou from the Kempinksi Hotel Mall of the Emirates, will be the masters behind the creation and presentation of sumptuous and mouth watering cuisines.
The opportunity to feast on traditional Arabic food will come on July 9 at Sezzam, with a huge spread of toasted breads, Oriental salads or sizzling meat dishes, complete with delicious desserts.
“This is the first time we are participating in DSS, so we have prepared an amazing line up that will spice up the Food Surprises Week in a way that only Kempinski can,” says Michael Henssler, General Manager, Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates.
Additionally, listeners to Al Arabia Radio and Emirates FM will be able to try their luck in winning gift vouchers worth up to AED 30,000 during Food Surprises Week.
