The Pan Arab web awards Committee had selected Hyundai UAE web- site www.hyundai-uae.com as a winner of the silver award in the transport category among the whole Arab states in grand competition between many competing well known web sites, in the whole Arab region. The grand award ceremony took place in Amman, the capital city of Jordan in a prestigious event organized by the Pan Arab Web Awards committee on the 27th April’06, which was held under the patronage of the league of Arab States and the Ministry of Information and communication Technology – Jordan.
All competing web-sites were evaluated by a group of specialists in all concerned fields, according to special designated guidelines following international standards, whereby the judging procedures will pass through two-phases, in order to reach a correct and transparent grading.
“ We have developed and upgraded our web-site focusing on customer satisfaction and direct interaction through different sources like live-chatting and call back channels among other services for better reach-ability with our customers, in order to serve them better through highlighting the brand image of Hyundai, which is considered now one of the major players in the auto industry in general and the UAE market in particular” and we are proud of this achievement, which is part of our customer care strategy - said Mr. Isam Abu Nabah – General Manager of Hyundai in Juma Al Majid Est.
