Houthis launch missile towards Israel, 13 injured

ALBAWABA - Magen David Adom (MDA) announced that 13 people were injured while heading to shelters after sirens were activated following a missile launched from Yemen.

Israeli media reported that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was evacuated from the Knesset to a safe area after sirens sounded in Jerusalem.

Netanyahu was in the middle of the Knesset plenary session preparing to vote on one of the 2025 budget laws, local media revealed.

Earlier, the Israeli Home Front Command said that air raid sirens sounded in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and central Israel after a missile was fired from Yemen.

The Israeli army announced in a statement that a missile launched from Yemen was intercepted before it crossed Israeli airspace.
