Arnold, has been appointed to Vice President and Corporate Counsel with responsibility for corporate legal affairs outside the US. John is based in Dubai and joins Hill from Knowles Legal Consultants where he was Managing Partner.
Arnold is an English Solicitor and a registered and practicing Arbitrator of construction and engineering disputes. With over 33 years of construction and engineering experience. He provides Hill with valuable legal support on construction and engineering projects throughout the world. In private practice he has previously acted on behalf of government authorities, developers, consortia and contractors on both contentious and non-contentious matters, advising clients on individual transactions in excess of $20 billion. Arnold earned his law degree from the University of Kent at Canterbury.
