Fez to host Festival of Madih and Samaa

Fez will host the Festival of Madih and Samaa, which is organized under the topic "Madih and Samaa: Science, Art and Education" from 29 September until 1 October. Wanadoo reports that this annual cultural and artistic meeting will see the participation of spiritual and musical groups from different Arab and African countries such as Morocco, Lebanon, Tunisia, Pakistan, Libya and Senegal. Organized by the religious Mousseum of Moulay Idriss Al Azhar in cooperation with the council of Fez, the Festival has a rich program, including a scientific conference with the participation of eminent professors Abbas Al Jirari, Mohammed Kettani, Abdelmalek Chami, Idriss Al Fassi, Abdellah Ouazzani and Mohammed Soussi. The Festival also features a competition in which the holders of best manuscripts and historical documents related to the art of Madih and Samaa will be awarded
