ETA’s Star International School is scheduled to commence from 1st week of Sept. ’05 in the Al Twar Area, Dubai. This is the first of the three forthcoming schools. ETA Star Schools, part of the ETA Ascon Group has joined forces with Nord Anglia, the largest private education providers in the UK to launch Star International Schools in the UAE.
ETA Star’s second school is scheduled to open in 2006 and the third in 2007. The first Star International School will have 21 classrooms with a capacity of 520 children.
Nord Anglia owns and manages schools in Europe, China and the USA in addition to 110 nurseries in the UK. ETA Star Schools plans to expand on high quality education in the UAE and the Gulf region. ETA is also considering a scheme of nurseries in the UAE based on the ‘Leapfrog nurseries’ of Nord Anglia.
Star International School aims to provide high quality education to children from the local and expat community based in Al Twar, Mirdif, Al Mazhar, Al Ghusais, Sharjah and also Al Barsha and Jumairah areas.
