After a remarkable increase in flights to and from Amman last year, Emirates airlines decided to expand its Jordanian operations on Monday by inaugurating a new office in Jabal Amman, Jordan Times reported.
Dina Herais, area manager to Jordan was quoted by the daily as saying that “our new offices are equipped with the latest technology to provide statistical data on customer demands so that we can improve our services.”
The luxuriously furnished 800-square-metre branch includes a front sales office for the public and a back office for a telephone sales team and administration. In addition, Emirates' Queen Alia International Airport offices were enlarged.
“We have invested in our name and services because good service makes for good relationships with our passengers,” Herais emphasized.
The inauguration came one day after the airline began operations to Tripoli and two days before it establishes a route to Duesseldorf.
Emirates has increased seat capacity on its route with larger aircraft, like the Boeing 777 and the Airbus 200-330 – Albawaba.com
