For more than 40 professionals in performance management, Dubai quality group performance management subgroup conducted its second meeting at Dubai dry docks on the 11th September 2006.
Dr. Wafi Dawood- chairman of “performance management” subgroup welcomed the guests and then handed over to Mr. Alan Locker- technical manager at Dubai Dry Docks who prepared a successful presenta
tion about the ways of performance improvement and management at the Dry Docks.
Dr. Wafi; Ph.D. in Performance Management in 2006 from the University of Sunderland, UK, the Quality Senior Manager at Dubai World, and voluntary works for Dubai Quality Group as a chairman of the performance subgroup said: “it’s a pleasure to get this huge number of performance management professionals in the same place to discuss and share all the experience and improvement opportunities for our organizations in order to follow the path and the great vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoom. As I would like to thank the executive office for supporting today’s event. And I would highly appreciate Mr. Geoff Tailor – General Manager of Dubai Dry Dock and thank Dubai Dry Docks for their continues support.
