The company’s previous two projects, 'The Heights' and ‘The Lofts’ out of the company’s four projects worth US$150 million also within the stunning Abdali area of Amman were completely sold out in record time. 'The Heights' is a 35-storey tower, and ‘The Lofts’ is an 8-storey residential development adjacent to the tower.

‘The Courtyard’, a 9-storey project, offers one and two bedroom apartments plus lofts with open terraces on the upper floors and parking area at the basement. The retail stores are on the ground and mezzanine levels.
