Akhmad Kadyrov, the head of the Chechen civil administration, will make a trip to North Africa and the Middle East.
"Akhmad Kadyrov will visit Libya and Jordan on January 24 - February 1. He is scheduled to meet with the top leaders of those Arab states," Vakha Baibatyrov, deputy chief of the Chechen representation at the Russian presidential office, told Interfax on Wednesday.
Kadyrov is expected to meet with Libyan leader Muammar Qadhafi and King Abdallah II of Jordan, the foreign ministers of the two countries, religious and public figures, and members of the Caucasus diaspora in those countries, Baibatyrov said. (Albawaba.com)
