UAE President Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan sent Sunday a cable of congratulations to President Benjamin William Mkapa of Tanzania on the occasion of his country's national day. Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, sent a similar cable to president Mkapa, WAM reported.
