British Prime Minister Tony Blair arrived in Israel Thursday for talks with Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and Foreign Minister Shimon Peres, before heading to Gaza City and a meeting with Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat.
He arrived at the parliament, or Knesset, in Jerusalem, before heading to the King David Hotel. There he was due to meet with families of Israeli soldiers missing in action before talks with Peres -- AFP
