The Kingdom of Bahrain’s Information Minister Nabil Yaqoub al-Hamar deeply regretted the consequences of the recent demonstration, which started peacefully and ended in an attack against the United States Embassy in Manama.

In a statement issued to the Bahraini News Agency (BNA) carried Sunday, and cited by Qatar News Agency, al-Hamar regretted the death of one civilian protestor, who was injured in the confusion around the US Embassy last Friday.

Mohammad Jum'aa, a Bahraini national injured during the incident, died of his wounds on Sunday, in spite of all efforts exerted to save his life, the Minister added.

In addition, the Bahraini Information Minister equally regretted the fact that several security men were also wounded, some in critical condition. (Albawaba.com)
