Bahrain has decided to abolish the Bahrain Promotions and Marketing Board (BPMB), established five years ago, reported the Gulf News.
The functions of the BPMB will now be distributed between the Council of Economic Development and the Ministry of Commerce, said the paper.
It added that the decision is in line with the state's directives to boost the role of the council and generate investment from within and outside the country – Albawaba.com
