Azerbaijan President visits Saudi kingdom

Azerbaijan's President, Ilham Aliyev headed Tuesday on an official three-day visit to Saudi Arabia, leading a high-level delegation to discuss bilateral cooperation.

Head of the foreign relations department at the presidential office, Mamedov Novruz told reporters that Aliyev is expected to meet in Riyadh King Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal, several top officials and leaders of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) and the Islamic Development Bank (IDB).

He said the two sides will sign several cooperation agreements in the economic, investment protection and education fields.
