On Sunday, General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and Defense Minister discussed means of enhancing technological and tourist co-operation with visiting Austrian President Thomas Klestil.
In addition, the two sides reviewed the possibility of strengthening trade and cultural relations between the two countries, according to Emirates News Agency (WAM).
Furthermore, Klestil, who arrived in Dubai Saturday at the head of an Austrian delegation, hailed the economic and cultural progress achieved by the United Arab Emirates in various fields.
He toured the Al Nakhla project, Dubai Marina, and the free port for technology and media.
Also attending the meeting were Saeed Al Ghaith, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, and head of the honorary mission accompanying the Austrian President as well as other top UAE officials. (Albawaba.com)
