Annual Arabian Travel Monitor to be Launched

ITER Personae Kosmos (IPK International), tourism research, marketing and intelligence Consultancy organization will launch the first edition of its annual Arabian Travel Monitor in March, according to Khaleej Times. 

Rolf D. Freitag, IPK International's Executive Director, was quoted by the paper as saying that the Munich-based organization has entered into an agreement with the Dubai-based consultancy firm, Market Vision, for the Arabian Travel Monitor (ATM) which will serve as an annual tracking system on the trends and opportunities in the tourism and hospitality sectors. Both the organisations will work together in other projects as well.  

The first ATM report will cover the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, while the rest of the AGCC states and Leviant region will be covered from the next edition, said the daily, adding that over 10,000 selected nationals and expatriates from these three states have already been interviewed for the first edition of the ATM to be issued on December 31, 2000 -- Albawaba.com
