Egyptian actor Ahmad Al-Fishawy deleted an Instagram photo of his new tattoo shortly after it sparked a social media frenzy. The now-deleted post showed Fishawy adding a new tattoo to his already heavily-tattooed body. The photo gained 17 thousand likes, among them one from Syrian singer Assala Nasri.
