According to Al-Sharq newspaper (June 27, 2005), the Qatari Company for Real Estate Investments (Al-Aqariya) signed contracts for building the fourth and fifth phases of the Dukhan housing project, which belongs to the Qatar Petroleum (QP) by QR 310 million.
