Al-Nahar International Real Estate Group plans to float real estate investments of over SR200 million in Jeddah in accordance to the new real estate investment regulations, making it the second real estate company to do so after Al-Olaya. Hamdan Al-Nahar, president of the group, stated that the project is situated in south Jeddah on a lot 2 million square meters in size, Al-Eqtisadiah newspaper reported.
