Israeli settlers storm eastern part of Nablus

Dozens of Israeli settlers on Thursday stormed the eastern part of the West Bank city of Nablus under the protection of Israeli soldiers.

Palestinian official in charge of the settlements file, Ghassan Douglas, said in a statement today that a number of Israeli buses carrying settlers broke into the so called "Joseph Tomb" in order to perform religious rituals, sparking clashes between Palestinians and Israeli occupation forces .

Meanwhile, the occupation soldiers rolled into the cities of Jenin, Hebron and Ramallah and arrested 10 Palestinians in what has become an almost daily campaign against the Palestinians in the occupied territories.
