Egyptian singer Shireen Abdul Wahab has requested of a Lebanese beauty expert to visualize different new looks for her in order to choose the most appropriate one to use in her first music video from her upcoming album. The singer will appear in the new look during the beginning of the summer season, which is when her new album is scheduled for release.
Shireen is also scheduled to begin a series of concerts around different Arab countries in the near future. The singer has revealed that she has recently turned down an offer to star in a new film and stressed that after her previous experience in the film “Mido Mashakel” she will think hard before accepting any offers to act, reported the London based weekly, Laha.
Recently, in complete secrecy and among a small group of family members and very close friends, Shireen announced her engagement to Egyptian businessman Essam, whom she had met two years ago. The singer revealed that an official engagement party will be held in the upcoming few weeks at her apartment in Cairo.
The singer revealed that she made it a point to keep a tight lid on the engagement until everything was formal, in addition not to be attacked by the media with rumors that may hurt her. Shireen had announced her engagement to Issam in the presence of her producer Naser Mahrous, whom she made up with recently, in addition to her fiancé’s family.
