Lebanese singer Alissa is scheduled to be held the guest of honor on the popular program Star Academy on the Lebanese Broadcasting Company (LBC) this Friday March 11, 2005. The singer has also begun preparations for filming her upcoming music video “Hubbak Waja’”, marking her third filmed song from her latest album “Ahla Dunia”.
According to the UAE based daily, Al Bayan, the new clip will be directed by Salim Turk and is hoped to be aired during the month of April. Alissa was recently in Kuwaiti after receiving a special invitation to inaugurate the Kuwaiti Woman exhibition.
The singer received a very warm welcome ceremony from the organizers of the event as well as the large crowd of fans that gathered to take pictures with her. The exhibition featured a number of figures from the entertainment world, beauty experts, and fashion designers and revolved around everything that concerns women.
