ALBAWABA—Hollywood star Randy Quaid was blasted and heavily mocked on social media after an old video of him and his wife, Evi, resurfaced online.
In the clip, actor Randy Quaid appeared with his wife, who was seen in the background wearing a bikini and sunglasses.
Despite that the video is old, however, the American star reposted the clip and wrote: "Never forget that if fake news legacy media ever targets you, you hold the power! Somehow some way you can beat them!"
In the clip, Quaid slammed Rupert Murdoch, the Australian-American business magnate, before simulating sex with his wife who wore a mask of the media mogul's face.
The American artist, who starred in National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation and Independence Day, made unsubstantiated claims against Rupert Murdoch, News Corp and Warner Bros.
Following the claims, Randy simulated sex with his "half-naked" wife, while a dog barks in the background, Irish Mirror reported in 2015.
Randy Quaid reshared the clip and gained a wave of mockery and condemnation on X. A person wrote: "Did not see that coming."
Another commented: "I think I might need some eye bleach after this…"
