ALBAWABA - After speculations from users across social media, American actor John Krasinski, best known for starring in the American version of The Office and A Quiet Place, has just been crowned as the Sexiest Man Alive of 2024 by People Magazine.
The Sexiest Man Alive became the talk of the internet after People Magazine added Selena Gomez's boyfriend Benny Blanco to the list of nominees, triggering a swarm of hateful comments toward the celebrity in question while also mocking his appearance.
John Krasinski crowned as the Sexiest Man Alive of 2024
John Krasinski made it to the cover page of People Magazine's 'Special issue', which is releasing on Nov. 25, 2024, following the hashtag "OfficialOfficeCrush and a quote that reads "always smart, always funny, always bringing some good news!"
Krasinski's photoshoot for the Sexiest Man Alive of 2024 included several photos of him posing next to the iconic New York City taxi by sitting on it and another showcased him leading on the door for a picture.
His win was first announced during an episode of The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, where the host acted angry for not copping the Sexiest Man Alive title himself.
Krasinski told People, "Other than maybe I’m being punked. That’s not how I wake up, thinking, ‘Is this the day that I’ll be asked to be the Sexiest Man Alive?’ And yet it was the day you guys did it. You guys have really raised the bar for me."
He added that his wife and fellow actress who also starred in A Quiet Place, Emily Blunt was "very excited" to hear about the news in question.
