However, the images shared on X and other social media platforms have been proven fake and generated using AI, according to an investigation launched by fact-checking website Snopes. Moreover, no well-known entertainment news outlet has revealed that the tech billionaire and the American actress are dating.

Several photos were posted across social media, including Musk and Sweeney sharing an intimate moment outside a Tesla Cybertruck. Another AI-generated image went viral for generating Musk and Sweeney kissing. Last but not least, a blurry image captured them exiting a Nobu restaurant together.
Snopes asked Gemini whether the images mentioned above were manipulated using an AI platform. Gemini responded, "Most or all of this image was edited or generated with Google AI."
While the rumors have been proven false, Sydney Sweeney is reportedly dating an American businessman and investor, Scooter Braun, who, according to several reports, grew "frustrated" by athletes sliding into Sweeney's DMs.
