ALBAWABA - American rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs has once again made headlines after facing a new disturbing lawsuit accusing him of allegedly drugging and raping a 10-year-old boy who was an aspiring rapper during an audition at a New York City hotel.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the lawsuit in question was filed by Houston attorney Tony Buzbee and included that the 10-year-old aspiring rapper was accompanied by his parents in hopes of advancing his career in the music field by meeting important executives including Diddy.

The identity of the boy remains unknown and is only being referred to as John Doe. After hearing him cover some songs, Diddy allegedly told the boy that he could become a star.

Disturbing details about the lawsuit were allegedly shared across social media claiming that Combs asked the child how badly he wanted to become a star, and said, "You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes" before allegedly forcing him into the heinous acts in question.

The lawsuit then claims that the child allegedly woke up with his trousers down and believed he was sexually assaulted by Combs.

He further claimed in court that his parents were afraid of reporting the alleged sexual assault to the police in fear of retaliation, as reported by Page Six.

The 54-year-old was recently denied bail by a judge after being arrested in New York City on Sept. 2024 and is awaiting his next trial in the US Federal Prison. Due to recent news about Diddy allegedly not eating properly in fear of being poisoned, many users on social media speculated about his life in prison.

Combs was arrested Monday night at Park Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan by local police at around 8:30 PM where he will be held and then released for a court hearing.

Moreover, his lawyer suspected that the rapper was arrested over racketeering and sex trafficking, as reported by The New York Times.

He's currently facing several lawsuits including drugging and raping a 13-year-old girl.
