ALBAWABA - Following ADOR's termination, Danielle has been officially removed from NewJeans, sparking backlash and debate among fans of the popular K-pop idol group.

The group of five, which used to include Haein, Hyerin, Danielle, Minji, and Hanni, might lose its fifth member despite a previous statement saying they would return to the spotlight. ADOR recently terminated its contract with Danielle and is now taking legal action against the K-pop star.

According to the Korean Herald, ADOR is now seeking penalty fees and damages from Daniell's family and the company's former CEO, Min Hee-jin, for breaching the contract and causing reputation damage.

The company added that Danielle "as a NewJeans member and Ador artist, is no longer feasible."

News about Danielle's termination flooded social media, with many fans voicing their concern about the K-pop group's future.

"I know this just twitter, and it’s never that deep. but i’m actually crying about danielle, and i know idk her and she don’t know me. but her energy in newjeans is just crucial, like with any other member, and i really like mhdhh… so i’m sorry if i get in my feelings abt her."
