ALBAWABA - The Lebanese court has made its final rule regarding singer Nancy Ajram's husband Dr. Fadi El Hachem in the case of the killing of Syrian man Mohammad Mousa inside their house in November 2020.
The Lebanese judiciary said that Fadi El Hachem's killing of Syrian Mohammad Mousa was self-defense and it acquitted Nancy Ajram's husband.
In 2020, the victim sneaked into the house of Nancy Ajram and her husband Dr. Fadi El Hachem in the Keserwan area, north of Beirut while he was masked, with the intention of stealing.
According to local Lebanese sources citing a judicial source as saying: "The Criminal Court of Cassation, headed by Judge Suhair Al-Haraka, issued a decision in which it ratified the decision of the indictment body in Mount Lebanon to prevent the trial of Fadi Al-Hashem in the case of the murder of Mohammad Mousa."
It is noteworthy that in February of this year, the indictment panel in Mount Lebanon, headed by Judge Amira Shahrour, considered that El Hachem's killing of the young Syrian man was an act of self-defense, and the competent court at that time declared him innocent.
